1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hairstyle AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Hairstyle AI is an artificial intelligence application that allows users to virtually try different hairstyles, hair colors, beard styles, and other appearance transformations on their photos. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • To create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of other people. You may only upload and transform photos of yourself or photos for which you have explicit consent from the person depicted.
  • To harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to promote discrimination or hatred.
  • To generate content that is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • To impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Nextdio, Inc. and its licensors. Generated transformations of your photos are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Credits & Purchases

Certain features require credits which can be purchased through in-app purchases. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nextdio, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated results are approximations and may not perfectly represent real-world outcomes.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website with reasonable notice.
